Nicola joined Spectrum Pension Consultants in 2009 in the role of Consultant. Prior to joining Spectrum, she was a Vice President and Consultant at HCM International where she worked on a broad variety of client assignments involving overseas human resources, remuneration and benefits management. Nicola was also responsible for the management, design and implementation of communication projects for HCMs European clients. During nearly nine years at HCM, Nicola was based in both Europe and the U.S.
While based in London, Nicola served as a member of the committee of the Double Century Club, a professional body in the U.K., dedicated to advancing the development of co-ordinated pan-European pensions and other benefits. In addition to her consulting role, Nicola held overall management responsibility for the firm’s marketing and promotional activities.
A native of Ireland, Nicola completed her undergraduate education in Hotel Management. Prior to joining HCM, she spent seven years in the hotel industry, holding a variety of management roles with her primary focus on guest relations and human resources.
Nicola and her husband, Jerry, have two school-age children and enjoy entertaining at home and spending time on the family farm.
