A Spectrum Special Recognition Award may be presented to Staff Members who deliver specific, quantifiable, and/or measurable results that represent special accomplishments and efforts consistent with Spectrum Values.  Special Recognition Awards are reserved for efforts that go above and beyond normal role responsibilities and expectations.

A Spectrum Special Achievement Award may be presented to Staff Members who deliver significant, widespread, long-term, and lasting contributions to Spectrum.  Special Recognition Awards are reserved for extraordinary contributions, far above normal role responsibilities and expectations, consistent with Spectrum Values.
