Eligibility
You are eligible for the Spectrum Tuition Assistance Program if you are an active Regular Full Time Staff Member.
With the Tuition Assistance Program, Spectrum makes a large investment in a Staff Member’s future contributions to the company through the knowledge acquired from a qualified academic program. Consequently, except for death or permanent disability, Staff Members agree to maintain employment with Spectrum for a minimum of 2 years after the latest of: receiving a reimbursement from Spectrum; or completing any degree, diploma or certificate program for which Spectrum has reimbursed all or part of the cost.
Approval Criteria
The institution must be regionally accredited by a recognized regional accrediting agency in the United States. The regional accrediting agencies are:

Reimbursable Expenses
Spectrum provides financial assistance for the cost of resident and nonresident tuition, required textbooks, and certain fees associated with work-related courses or courses required to complete a work-related degree.
