Adam is an Associate Consultant at Spectrum Pension Consultants, Inc. where he assists employers and participants with understanding and maintaining their retirement plans.

In addition to his customary day-to-day activities, he trains new employees on the daily recordkeeping, administration, and compliance of daily valued qualified retirement plans.  He works directly with vendors to ensure the efficient delivery of documents required by various regulatory agencies.  Adam also participated on a project team to launch electronic distributions for participants who have separated from service through the Spectrum Participant Website.

Adam has more than ten years of employee benefits experience and is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) where he has earned both the Qualified 401(K) Administrator (QKA) and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designations.

Prior to joining Spectrum, he lived in Saratoga Springs, New York, where he earned a Bachelors degree with honors from Siena College while working full-time for a leading health insurance company.

In his free time, Adam enjoys reading, working on home improvement projects and spending time with his family.
