Herman joined the team at Spectrum Pension Consultants, Inc. as an Associate Consultant in 2008.  He has experience with many different types of retirement plan arrangements including 401(k), Profit Sharing, and Defined Benefit Pension Plans with emphasis on plan administration, compliance and trust accounting.

Prior to his career at Spectrum, Herman was extensively involved in training and skills development for an international company.  He currently supports about forty retirement plans with the total participant count exceeding three hundred.

Herman is a candidate for the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) designation of Qualified
401(k) Administrator (QKA).  He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on accounting and finance.

Immigrating to the United States from Canada in 2006, Herman has fallen in love with the Greater Seattle area.  In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor pursuits including camping, hiking, and playing hockey.
