Leanne joined Spectrum Pension Consultants in 1997, and serves as Spectrum’s Finance and Administrative Manager.  In addition to fiscal management, Leanne has supported Spectrum's growth and development through strength in direct personnel management and administrative collaboration.  Her expertise in these areas has helped to guide this team of professional pension management consultants through economic transformation by means of strategic process and quality improvement initiatives.

Leanne coordinates with Spectrum’s clients to assure that they receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.  She prides herself on her integrity and ability to coach and support her colleagues to allow for the team to achieve their personal and professional goals.

She brings with her, more than 30 years of financial management experience.  Her prior successes in the banking industry include regional operations management, real estate loan allocation, financial data reconciliation, annual budget formulation, financial control and performance analysis.

A wife of 19 years and the mother of three, ages 23, 17 and 16, Leanne enjoys reading, gardening and sewing.  She is currently pursuing an A.A.S. degree in Accounting.
