Michelle is a Managing Consultant and Service Team Leader for Spectrum.  Her team of consultants work with over 80 plans and more than 4,000 benefit plan participants.

Joining Spectrum in 2009, Michelle brought with her 15 years of experience at the Vanguard Group where she worked with various aspects of retirement plan administration including consulting, relationship management and administration.

Michelle is a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) and has managed a wide range of retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b) and nonqualified plans.  Her management experience is extensive and while at Vanguard she applied these skills, along with her knowledge base, to help develop their nonqualified and ERISA consulting business.  Michelle received her BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
