Tony joined the Spectrum consulting team in 2008 and supports our clients qualified pension plans through administration and consulting.  He has a demonstrated track-record of success working with client organizations.

As a consultant at Spectrum, Tony brings more than five years of financial management and business development in the banking industry.  His primary focus was on growth in the Metropolitan markets and personal development of his teams.  Along with this responsibility, he coached branch managers on customer service and service expansion.

As a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), Tony holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation.  He is currently pursuing the professional designation of (QPA) Qualified Pension Consultant.

Tony is a strong advocate for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound Mentorship Program.  Participating in this program for the past three years, he has successfully been able to empower, encourage and create a positive environment in his community for young people mentored in this program.
