Our firm provides a broad range of specialized services to employers sponsoring retirement, deferred compensation, and other employee benefit programs.
Our consultants collaborate with clients to define business objectives and develop suitable solutions. Our consulting process does not end with plan design; once established, our consultants provide sustaining services to operate, monitor, and refine an employer's benefit plan so it delivers ongoing desired results. Spectrum’s services are tailored to the specific needs and wishes of each client and include:
- Management consulting and advice
- Benefit plan administration
- Employee communication and education
From time to time, Spectrum may also provide other ad-hoc services at a client’s request. These services may include analyses of employee benefit liabilities in mergers or acquisitions; valuation of executive and/or other contractual obligations related to employment; assistance with labor negotiations; and assistance with merger or acquisition discussions.
Spectrum is completely independent and has no financial affiliation with or interest in any third-party service provider entities, such as:
- Regulated Investment Companies;
- Organizations providing investment advisory services; or
- Other entities providing services to employers in respect of their retirement and other employee benefit programs.
Neither do any such entities have financial interest in Spectrum. This independence enables Spectrum to always place the interests of its clients above all other interests, without either the appearance or existence of any conflicts of interest.
Spectrum’s clients include ordinary business entities and professional firms, as well as not-for-profit and governmental entities. Spectrum may provide certain services directly to individual employees, acting solely in the capacity of an agent of a client-employer entity.
